If you are moving to new house or premise and want to relocate your CUCKOO water purifier or air purifier, you need to follow steps below.
1 ) Confirm your new address and date that you want to uninstall CUCKOO and re-install your CUCKOO products.
2) Call CUCKOO Customer Service to inform your new address and date for uninstall and re-install CUCKOO product.
3) Technician will uninstall your water purifier.
4) You need to bring that machine to new house or premise.
5) Technician will re-install your water purifier.
Please dont bring your water purifier or air purifier to new address without informing CUCKOO HQ because every 4 month technician will service based on your current address in CUCKOO database.
For air purifier, you can bring that machine to new house/premise and call CUCKOO Customer Service to inform your new address for servicing.
